E-Classes/E-learning

We offer 8 week courses In this 8 week course you will develop the skills needed to work in the field of project management. The class will focus on project management principles and methodologies. The class has a specific focus on the waterfall methodology and agile methodology to project management. In this course you will learn the fundamentals of project management such as; Project Kickoff Meeting, Project Scope,Requirements Document gathering, Creating and updating Project Plan, Meeting Minutes, Weekly Status reports and Managing Risks & Issues. You will also learn to utilize a multitude of tools like: Different PPM tools (Jira, Clarity, Quick Base, etc) , Utilizing Microsoft Teams, Smartsheets, Microsoft Project, etc.

We provide hands-on training and real life examples and scenarios in our training. We also provide artifacts and project document templates to help and aid our students in their training. Our students also join our robust network and community of prior students who are currently project managers on the job market. We have helped train and place over 50 students with 90% confidence. Our prior students are currently employed at TD Bank, Bank of America, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, CVS, Verasafe, FIS and more.
